Order Processing

Can I change or cancel my order?

Made a mistake with your order? Whether it’s the wrong size, design, or shipping address—or if you’ve simply changed your mind—we’re happy to help! Just email us at reveriephonecase@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing your order, and we’ll make the necessary changes or cancel it for you.

How long does it take to process my order?

All of our items are made to order because we believe in mindful consumption and reducing waste. This means your order will take 2-4 days to produce. We’re a small team and truly appreciate your patience as we create your product with care.
Please note that the shipping time does not include these production days.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We’re just getting started, so at the moment we only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped from our small studio in New York and are fully tracked from our door to yours.

Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days after dispatch

Priority Shipping: 4–6 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. In some cases, delays of up to 10 business days can occur due to factors outside of our control.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard Shipping: $7 (Free for orders over $50)

Priority Shipping: $12

Please note: Customs or import fees may apply depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

All orders are 100% tracked! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with shipping information.
